An easy recipe for grape lovers ๐Ÿ‡

โ€‹

Hey Reader!

Sometimes when I buy a bag of grapes, they're all gone in a single day... maybe even in one sitting.

(Don't judge me!)

If you love grapes just as much as I do, but are looking for ways to keep your grapes around just a bit longer,

You HAVE to try this simple grape jam recipe.

It's perfect for biscuits, for stuffing french toast, peanut butter jelly sandwiches, and it's sooo good straight off a spoon (in moderation).

It's a great way to preserve grapes that may be starting to go bad and keep some bold, grape flavor in your fridge all year long.

And the best part? You only need three (3) ingredients:

  • Grapes
  • Sugar
  • Lemons (for the fresh lemon juice)

And just in case you want to whip up the biscuits to go with it...

Enjoy!

I wanted to make something green and something involving pistachios this month and, in my opinion, scones and biscuits are too similar for me to not bring this idea to life. ** Fun Fact (aka something I learned in the midst of this recipe development) ** The only difference between biscuit and...

Just wanted to pop in and share last month's Biscuit of the Month and give a preview of what's going on my kitchen in February. Biscuit of the Month I've been making biscuits for a while now, but haven't done a very good job of documenting the biscuit sandwiches that I've made and dozens more ideas that I have yet to make happen. That ends now....

And now, more than ever, I think it's important to do a couple of things: (1) Find joy; and (2) Connect to share that joy So, I'm getting over the urge to do less (because life can be a *lot*) and I've reminded myself that cooking and sharing on the blog are me doing my part in finding and sharing joy. I wrote a little more about that...
